Why are we using a mobile number?

We have noticed that the telephone line pylons in our local area have been under attack from local youths and causing landline connection to be taken out for weeks. We have come up with the idea of using mobile phones as there is a constant network connection in our area which would allow us to provide a more open support desk!

Also; mobile phones are easily scaleable and cheap to run. This will allow us to add more lines when we need too! (Just encase it really does pick up!)

How much does it cost?

Prices are based on your local network rate. We are using Virgin Media Mobile as our network provider. Please check you network / telecoms provide to see price list or tarrifs.
